How this works
Browsing stays public, but every write action stays tied to a Discord identity. Votes, comments, and reports need a Discord account that is at least 7 days old. Series suggestions, roster edits, art uploads, replacement threads, and enhanced preview requests need an account that is at least 30 days old.
Community proposals stay visible, while moderators and admins review what moves forward. Nothing goes live until it passes through the review and publish workflow.
